MTG Guide 2.0 video and features

Version 2.0 of MTG Guide is in App Store review and should be available to all shortly.

This is a major update to the app with the ability to browse and search the text of two additional documents:
● Magic Tournament Rules
● Infraction Procedure Guide

Other improvements are:
● New TabBar-based interface
● Ability to view related rules (e.g. “See also rule 204.3h.”) by tapping on them.
● Better support for downloading database updates
● Universal App: Initial support for iPad
